Coastland Properties was born on a sunny November day in 2008, founded on a dream, driven by purpose, and built with heart.
What started as a one-woman agency has grown into one of the most trusted names in Helderberg real estate, standing strong for over 17 years. While many franchises have come and gone, we’ve stayed grounded, growing our reputation through word-of-mouth, genuine relationships, and consistently delivering on our promise of service, honesty, passion, and pride.
Our roots are firmly planted in the Helderberg basin—Somerset West, Strand, and Gordon’s Bay—where we’ve become the preferred rental partner for secure complexes and private landlords alike.
